Listed below are a few of the many areas we have found ways to save time and money on projects:

1. Offering assistance and coordination with design and specification writing to ensure you are implementing the correct details and products per code requirements on the documents.
2. Plan review to ensure your bids are accurate and call out any unforeseen areas to limit the amount of change orders and delays in the future.
3. Review obstacles to give an unbiased review of multiple product and manufacturer's solutions to limit Engineering Judgments.  If required, we can assist in obtaining Engineering Judgments and properly formatting them per each jurisdiction's requirements.
4. Work with the Authority Having Jurisdiction to review documents and changes to plans to ensure their confidence along with answering any code interpretation questions they may have (e.g.: When are T Ratings required, where are putty pads required, etc.)
5. Taking the lead when new issues arise to limit the amount of companies and contacts that are involved.  Offer an evaluation of multiple manufacturers' solutions if needed to allow the team to decide on the most efficient choice.   
6. Help prepare project for the upcoming changes per the 2012 IBC that will now require Special Firestop Inspections
7. Review RFI's, Change Orders, Submittals and Bids to offer best solution and expedited answers.
